TEXTURE DISCLAIMER
Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures available. When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. Some textures may be more coarse, sleek, looser curls, tighter curls, etc. It is human hair and can vary with texture/wave pattern.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
We only supply unprocessed virgin hair and it comes in natural shades of 1B (Off Black/Natural Dark Brown). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane beautifully! Please understand, we DO NOT suggest any chemical changes being performed by an unlicensed individual. Always refer to a professional for permanent change, as the product is your investment. Though it is possible to color the hair, the risk of damaging it increases dramatically. All hair reacts differently to different products and regiments. Reactions include but are not limited to extreme dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, and tangling.
Coloring, lifting, or dying the hair may affect the original texture of the hair. We are not responsible for the product after it has been altered from its original state. Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders.
This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND. NO EXCHANGE.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
Orders can be changed or modified but never cancelled for “full refund”. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, due to the nature of the product. Once the order has been placed, we will only make modifications to the order.

How many bundles are needed for a full head?
3 bundles are recommended for 12”-20” and 4 bundles or more for 22”-30”
How long does this hair last?
Our bundles can last a very long time with proper care. On average our clients use the hair for 6-12 months.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can only be made while orders are being processed. Contact beauty@fgcosmetics.ca for any changes on orders. Once tracking numbers have been sent out clients will no longer be able to make any changes. No exchange/return.All sales are final.
How many grams are each bundles?
Each bundle comes from single donor, weight between 3.0-3.5 ounces.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
After order has been placed, client will receive a confirmation number.
Orders processing takes up to 24-48 hours, before a tracking number can be given .
Can I color this hair?
Yes, you can dye and bleach it...it’s virgin hair! Once the hair has been colored it will no longer be virgin hair. Make sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
